My family and I faced issues with the room key—only one for four people was quite inconvenient. We often had to find staff to let us in, creating unnecessary hassle. Additionally, the breakfast options were very limited, and I expected much more from a hotel setting.

i almost gave a good review, but the air conditioner in my room was both ancient and faulty. breakfast was under par, considering this is a hotel. i expected complimentary slippers, and instead, i just got rough towels. they really should have done a better job at making sure i was comfortable.
